Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery is £4.95. Delivery is free on orders over £60. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Your order is sent from our international fulfilment partner, and we will email you a tracking link as soon as it has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–12 working days from the date the order is placed. Delivery can take a little longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. If your order is going to take longer than expected, we will let you know by email.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2–3 working days to show its first update after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved for 10 working days, email us and we will look into it for you.

Orders with more than one item

If your order contains more than one item, items may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive on different days, with separate tracking. There is no extra charge for this.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged) and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can usually update it before your order is dispatched.
